Our layout and indoor spaces were designed with you in mind. As you enter the property, you will be led to the entrance of our 5000sq foot venue space. With large pillars defining the entrance and stunning arched windows you will be transported into another world of french romance.
Upon entering the large french doors, you will find oversized closets for coats and the luxury bridal suite entrance. The luxury bridal suite is complete with a private washroom, large vanity, stunning natural light, lounge area, and wet bar for your convenience.

Off of the main reception space you will find everything you need for a seamless day. Cater prep kitchen complete with a commercial dishwasher, warming oven, large commercial fridge, ice machine, sink, and counter space that is a caterers dream.
The reception space is truly dreamy with large floor to ceiling windows, stunning chandeliers, double doors, and a modern but elegant fireplace perfect for gorgeous florals and candle decor.
Also off the main reception space are two large washrooms with high-end finishes giving them the ultimate luxurious feel.
Best for last, our grande bar space opening into the main space and also to the outdoor patio.
There are multiple carefully created spaces for you to enjoy on the day of your special event.

Let's just say there's a reason we named our venue after the entrance. As soon as you turn into the property it will take your breath away. Incredible mature trees line the long winding lane as you begin to imagine all of the possibilities for your big day at Sparrow Lane.
Upon entering you will find our french styled fountain and our roundabout for the ultimate convenience for you and your guests. Built with you and your guests in mind, we wanted to ensure accessibility for those in high heels or immobilities.
Our large private on-site parking allows for over 90 parking stalls. From there you can easily access our guest entrance into the ceremony space, or the reception/indoor ceremony space if that is where you are headed.
Our outdoor ceremony space is located in the heart of our whimsical forest, with stone pathways and pillars to compliment the space. The entire ceremony space is also stone to ensure no sinking or wet shoes. We provide easily accessible power as well as mic's and speakers so no one misses those vows you've worked so hard on.
Separate from the guest entrance is the entrance for the bride and her party to enter separately from a convenient access from the bridal suite. This can also be used after the ceremony as the most direct access to the reception space.
Last but certainly not least - our covered patio located just outside the french doors of our reception area. This space is one of our favourites, a perfect option for an intimate dinner with romantic light fixtures and decor to create a truly unique experience for you and your guests.
